Rogers received a BA in 1971 from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL., and was apprentice to Herb Fox, Master Printer, of Fox Graphics Editions Ltd., in Boston, Massachusetts in 1972. In 1975 she received her MA in printmaking from the State University of New York at Albany and studied under Thom O’Connor.
