[ Artwork description: A black and white photograph of the Daniel Chester French sculpture titled "Alma Mater", located on the Columbia University campus. The statue, which bears a patina, is depicted as a seated person with hands raised, holding a staff and wearing a crown with an open book on their lap. A protest sign (not a part of the sculpture) has been placed in the statue's lap, which reads: "Raped by the cops". A black ribbon or sash has been tied around the statue's right forearm. ]
